Flow chart of enrolled patients was shown. Out of total 119 patients who underwent CMR and FDG, patients were excluded with the following steps: (1) Under immunosuppression therapy, coronary artery disease, other inflammation, and other known cardiomyopathy; (2) LGE negative, CMR finding consistent with other cardiac diseases (i.e. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), and poor image; (3) failure of suppression of myocardial uptake or diffuse uptake; and (4) negative FDG uptake (whole SUVmax < 2.7). Finally, 41 patients were analyzed
