PET coronal (a) and axial (b) images show focus of increased tracer uptake in the left lobe of the thyroid. Image c shows fused axial PET-CT image showing the same abnormality (SUV max 11.1g/ml). FNAC biopsy showed this to be papillary thyroid carcinoma
