MRI and PET images for an individual with focal PET hypometabolism enabling detection of a subtle BOSD. MRI was initially negative in this patient, while a focal hypometabolism was detected on PET. Subsequent coregistration of MRI and PET enabled detection of a small BOSD in this patient. This patient was seizure free following focal resection of the subtle BOSD
