Thoracoscopic/open en masse ligation of thoracic duct surgery performed after [99mTc]sulphur colloid lymphoscintigraphy.(A)Intraoperative images during thoracoscopic surgery showed frank chylous fluid (as shown by black arrow). There was difficulty in identification of thoracic duct from esophagus and aorta during thoracoscopic surgery so procedure converted to open and en masse ligation.
