Increased ¹⁸F-DCFPyL uptake in the penile bulb (green arrow) and the right corpus cavernosa (red arrow) in a patient with adenocarcinoma of the prostate (T3a Gl7 (4 + 3) iPSA 41.0). The ¹⁸F-DCFPyL PET/CT showed also increased uptake in the prostate (blue arrow) and evidence of lymph node (pink arrow) and bone metastases (light brown arrow). No histopathological biopsies were taken from the penile lesions, since this would not affect clinical management. No imaging follow-up of those lesions was present
