Clinical history: 63 y.o. man with known well differentiated pancreatic NET (Ki67:2%); routine follow-up CT detected a suspicious lesion in the liver (a); PET/CT was requested to restage the patient. PET/CT findings: 68Ga-DOTANOC PET/CT shows only physiological uptake of somatostatin receptor analogue (b MIP and fused PET/CT). FDG-PET/CT shows a mild pathologic uptake of the tracer in the liver and confirms liver involvement (c MIP and fused PET/CT)
