A histogram of radioactivity volume generates from 99mTc-MAA SPECT. The x-axis represents the count from 99mTc-MAA SPECT. The y-axis represents the volume per count. The lung volume was measured as the percentage area with radioactivity higher than the cutoff level of 10% of the maximum count on a histogram. In this case, the count at the edge of the lung perfusion SPECT was 49. Therefore, the total lung volume was calculated by adding up the volume per count from 49 to max count.
