The aim of this thematic series is to provide a stage to describe the background, value and application of AI in medical imaging, in particular in the field of hybrid and multimodality imaging. The series intends to provide a trigger for technologist and physicians to acknowledge the scientific potential of AI in medical imaging.

Technical Aspects of Hybrid Imaging

The aim of this thematic series is to provide a stage for nuclear medicine technologists (NMTs) to share the current state of NMT competencies applied to hybrid imaging on the different valences of nuclear medicine and provide a stage of discussion on their future trends. This series is a pivotal work in the scientific engagement of clinical technologists as well as a frame that reflects the changes and challenges present in the field.
